About Us

The Salt and Rock Shop was created by owners Steve & Gary after 20+ years running The Healthy Option. The company now combines Health Foods & Supplements with Crystals and other well-being practices. With 5 stores based in Birkenhead, Ormskirk, Preston, Largs & Troon, and our warehouse in St Helens, we are able to supply our products to you in person or through this website. We also attend many well-being events throughout the year so you can always catch up with us there. Rest assured that we take great care when choosing our products and the majority have been hand selected by us. We also have a small group of suppliers, around the world,  who we work with and trust.
